I am currently building a order intelligence system to help business leaders like Chief Commercial Officers/Senior VPs/Managers and middle managers have a single source of truth for managing supply chain operations effectively, from placing orders to delivery.
This will ensure cross-functional business leaders/stakeholders are all on the same page on customer commitments to supply, communicate on failed stock availability, eliminate siloed/fragmented reporting and intervene before service delivery fails.

I analyzed factors affecting the stability of differential pressure across different plants and how these factors react in relation to one another.
These factors help plant directors, business performance managers, operations managers, and operators manage demand proactively and effectively during peak seasons without a drop in service level.

I deployed a live dashboard solution to help stakeholders for a retail company predict 90-day customer inactivity using 180 days horizon.
With limited resources, this will help the retention team target the right customers based on rankings, reduce customer inactivity/churn and improve value-protection strategy.
